January Update

I've been hovering between 178-182 for the past month. Its a comfortable floating weight. However, I know its time to start moving towards the ultimate goal... 155.
My personal inquiry is to learn from this first month and know what my PLAN is going to be. I think it would be wise to plan my splurges moving forward, so they aren't lurking around every corner :0 I also would like to return to doing some type of training on the days I am not running. Most importantly, I'd like to plan meals... eating out is expensive!!! and tempting...



Today's give in: Dessert
Today's victory: Avoiding the temptation to bring chocolate home with me

Tomorrow's plan:
Steel cut oats, eggs, coffee
Fruit smoothie made at home
Grill chicken for next 3 meals
Bake sweet potatoes
Make sugar snap peas
Snacks: boiled eggs, clif bars, nut mix

Saturday's plan:
11 mile run
Eat leftovers while recovering
Dessert out for a friend's birthday

Sunday's plan:
If home, go to farmers market
Cook meals for next week
