Progress after 3 days

I think I have done incredibly well the past 3 days. I stuck to the nutrition goals, I've been drinking water, and I've been exercising. The hardest part in all this is the eating. I used to just sit on my bed, watch tv, and just eat. I'd drink a couple of cans of soda in a few hours, eat a bowl a cereal, then eat blueberry toaster strudels (my total weakness!), then find something else to eat, and then find something else to eat. It's like I was so bored that I needed to eat to occupy my time. Well NO MORE to that. I have felt so good the past few days. I haven't laid around, eating. I haven't had any late night snacks (although its tempting..). Any time I get a craving for something sweet, I'll just drink some water.
Its amazing how my mind set has changed in the last 3 days. Im always thinking of healthy recipes to try, exercises, and re-organizing my life. Its great! I'm actually getting great support from my family. My husband shows me work-outs to do (he loves working out..). My sister and I are always talking about losing weight & what foods to eat. We're a support system for each other (by the way..she's a member on here too). Even my parents are giving me tips and support. Its really exciting for me. I want to keep this up so that I can finally fit in that cute top thats hanging on my wall. :)
