One Year ago I joined SP

Today is one year since I signed onto SP and decided to attempt to make changes with my eating habits.I started here at 208 , as of this morning I weighed in at 180.4. I set a one year goal to lose 50 lbs, I didn't make my goal however I have lost 28lbs and I'll take it..I'm happy and proud of the weight I have lost so far... I have to say I haven't stuck with the plan as well as I could have, but I am realistic enough to know that there are going to be times when temptation is bigger than my ability to resist(and I am not sure I want to live so strictly that I can't at times). I am going to try and work on starting a fitness routine this year, I feel that will help greatly. I was walking a couple of miles a day with a coworker but after a few weeks something came up and we never got back to it(hoping we can get back to it at some point). I really don't mind exercising so much as I mind doing it alone. I find its more fun when you are sharing the experience with a friend. That being said I will workout alone if its my only option(I think I can, I think I can) LOL!!! In the past year I have had times when I would get in a funk and not eat so well and I knew I shouldn't have but I seem to be able to get back on track and that's saying alot, there was a time I would have just beat myself up for getting off track and wouldn't have bothered to get back on track...I read alot of very inspirational blogs here and I watch alot of vlogs also, and I would just like to say that it is helpful when you know your not the only one that's going thru trying to lose weight and get more fit..So that being said I will continue down this path to achieve that 50lb weight loss and to get more fit.I wish you all the best of luck in your journey!!!
