Happy ONE YEAR Sparksversary, Jan 17-23 team!
Woo Hoo!! As we did after 6 months, let's share the story of our journey with the team! Even if your weight loss is not as much as you would have hoped(like me), you have stuck with it. You have done a fantastic job staying on Sparks for a whole year - have you ever done that with another program? I know your lives are different in more ways than weight loss since you joined Sparks one year ago. Tell us how you have changed! Celebrate your success!!
Weight lost: well done about 5 pounds but kept it off
Inches Lost: don’t know
Change in clothing size: size 12 and 14 instead of 14 - 16
Changes in your physical health: got rave REVIEW FROM LAST DOCTOR APPOINTMEN T
Changes in how you feel about yourself: I HAVE MORE respect of myself
Changes in relations with family and friends: get along better with mom
Changes because of your Spark friends: don’t feel so alone
Changes in your attitude and life priorities: care more about the way I look

yep exercise is now more important and one of my favorite my new Goals for the next 6 months
1 exercise more.
2. learn to do stuff myself then ask for help instead of ask first
3. Continue to watch what I eat, ask myself is it emotional eating or am I am hungry
4.choose something new to learn
5.stay in touch with my spark friends-
7.help mom when she need it remember she won’t be here forever
8.find the joy in each day
9/ lose more weight would to like be at in the 140 and stay there
