Well swelling is something that I have to deal with everyday in my legs and feet and hands. Yes I get the thing about some people suffer with retaining fluids and others just don't. My question is how do you prevent it, I have excluded anything with salt, I have tried different vitamins and other ways people have recommended and they work just not for long. I am looking for a permanent end to it. I had hoped losing weight was the answer but....I am not so sure now.
