Working on myself

Sunday, January 16, 2011

Well, I am having a hard time getting of my plateau.....

Today I turned on the Spark meal planner---and WOW--how easy was that??

Let's give this a try and see what happens. Easy and quick to prepare. I replace the evening meal with my family meal, but plan to stick with the lunches and breakfasts.

I think I can do this!

I have been doing the exercise program for the 28 day challenge--a little motivation there!

I just have not seen the scale move in awhile I got a bit discouraged. However, instead of eating a bowl of chips and topping it off double dutch chocolate...I went to Bath and Body works and bought some nice smelling lotion. Something that I can put on and feel good about myself.

Well, it worked!
I did not binge, and I did not splurge a lot of money...and I think I have found away (meal planners) to get myself back on track and off this plateau!

Trust me, this is the right decision! I have been using the meal planner for a while now, but my problem was I wasnt eating enough to break the plateau. It was very difficult for me to eat more when I had trained myself to not eat when I wasnt hungry. Well, this week I focused on eating more (I am doing 28 Day bootcamp as well, so first week flatlined, gained muscle) and today I am down 2.4 lbs! I did it! I broke it!
emoticon too! and the meals are fantastic!

Good luck and let me know if you have any questions or need help with anything!
