Well, I am having a hard time getting of my plateau.....
Today I turned on the Spark meal planner---and WOW--how easy was that??
Let's give this a try and see what happens. Easy and quick to prepare. I replace the evening meal with my family meal, but plan to stick with the lunches and breakfasts.
I think I can do this!
I have been doing the exercise program for the 28 day challenge--a little motivation there!
I just have not seen the scale move in awhile I got a bit discouraged. However, instead of eating a bowl of chips and topping it off double dutch chocolate...I went to Bath and Body works and bought some nice smelling lotion. Something that I can put on and feel good about myself.
Well, it worked!
I did not binge, and I did not splurge a lot of money...and I think I have found away (meal planners) to get myself back on track and off this plateau!
