Well Happy Friday! Day 4 of working out this week and I am feeling good. I added weights today too so that was nice. I am feeling it tonight but that is good.

Tomorrow I am taking the girls to Greek school in the morning and I will be going to the gym! Then after I get them from school I will be going out for lunch with a friend. So happy and looking forward to it!

Yesterday I spoke to my sister the big negative in my life and I also got some emails from her. They are always negative but I did not pay to much attention to them and I ended up feeling good at the end of the day.

Wednesday next week my babies start gymnastics. I still have a hard time with how fast they are growing and I am taking in everything I can. They are so excited. They came to the gym with me today and when I got them from the playroom they said they can not wait til they can workout there! Happy dance to hear that!!

Well now I am having a cup of tea and relaxing! Amazing how much better I am feeling and I feel so at peace today.

    Glad to hear you are back into a routine. It's always great news when we can pass along "good" traits to our children and fitness and health is a big one! Congrats on making this a healthy lifestyle for all of you. I am sure they will have lots of fun at gymnastics.

    How wonderful for you and so glad the girls are thinking its fun too. Dont worry about negative sis, I have one of those too. Nothing you can do to make it better, what you can do is keep those positive thoughts of your own. I am glad you are enjoying the gym and seeing how it helps you feel better.
