I got to the hospital at 7:00 this morning. My husband had a good night. No pain or discomfort. Praise the Lord! The doctor came in @9:00 and said that he could go home. I got my husband home. Then after a quick lunch headed back out to get the prescriptions and do a short 30 min exercise at the gym on the elliptical. (My daughter was home with him).
I am tired and just ready to relax and a very long and stressful week.
1) Blog daily
2) Lose 5 lbs ...
3)Exercise daily for at least 20 min. ---- .
4) workout at least 3x's a week at gym -- .
(3rd time this week!)
5) Strength Training 3x's a week -- not today -- (3 x's so far)
6) Drink a min of 8 glasses of water ea day.
7) Follow a low-carb diet -- .
