Just a note of caution though. Be careful not to lose too much to quickly. You may actually send your body into starvation mode without realizing it. If that happens you will involuntarily begin holding on to every calorie and your body will store it as fat as a protection. The standard for healthy weight loss is about 4 - 8 lbs in 4 weeks. Your body wants to live more than it wants to lose weight. A really good source for maintaining a healthy metabolism is Jillian Michaels book, Master Your Metabolism.
