Week Three

I just finished my third week on the Spark program and am happy for another loss. Only 1/2 pound this week, but EVERY loss is a good one!

When I get discouraged about small losses, I remind myself that it took me 7 years to become 37 pounds overweight. I take a bit of comfort in the fact that, even at a 1/2 pound loss per week, I could lose that weight in 18 months. But it is NOT going to take me that long because I have already lost 18 of those pounds over the past four months!
