New Year = New Goals / Part II

Alright... I have to be honest so I can have some accountability, so here is the bare naked truth. Here were my stats from over 2 years ago. This was pre-baby and pre-lazy:

(8/10/08)
Weight- 133
Body Fat- 18.6%
Tricep b/f pinch- 16
Ab b/f pinch- 5
Thigh b/f pinch- 23
Fat Mass- 24.73
Lean Muscle Mass- 108.27

But Today, things look a bit different. Not too far off, but still disappointing to me. I would like to not only get back to the above stats, but go beyond them.

Thigh b/f pinch- 28
Fat Mass- 28.06
Lean Muscle Mass- 104.94

Cleaner Eating and pushing myself during Crossfit Workouts is going to get me there!!!
I can't wait until it gets warmer so I can run outside again!!!

    wow, i've never even seen 108 lbs of lbm! i'm feeling much more fit when i see the 104! :o) good luck on getting back to where you want to be!

    So happy to see you on SP again! I love how honest you are being with yourself - and even though I think you look great - I totally understand wanting to attain the weight/shape/size where you feel the most comfortable. I can't wait to see how the next couple months unfold - I'm sure you'll be a great source of motivation for all of us!

    I am 6 months pregnant tomorrow with #1 and watching my body change has been hard for me. I have been surprised that it's more than just belly - my hips, thighs, everything seem to be changing as well! So your story is extra-motivating for me. Come May (my due date) I'm sure I'll be looking to your page for how to get in shape post-baby.
