I had the day off again. I don't have any daycare kids on Mon and Wed in January. So, I went to the gym this morning. I put in an 85 min workout. I had only done 3 miles on the elliptical so far. Today, I pushed myself and did 4 miles. The last 1/4 mile my foot started hurting a little, but I just pushed through.
The main reason is because I know I will not get to be able to workout tomorrow or on Friday. My husband is having surgery tomorrow (he is having a parathyroid removed). He will be in the hospital overnight and I will bring him home on Friday.
My foot is feeling better tonight.
1) Blog daily
2) Lose 5 lbs ...
3)Exercise daily for at least 20 min. ----
4) workout at least 3x's a week at gym --
5) Strength Training 3x's a week --
-- (3 x's so far)
6) Drink a min of 8 glasses of water ea day.
7) Follow a low-carb diet --
