I have joined the online program of weight watchers and am really enjoying it so far. It has a daily food tracker that makes it easy to keep track of what I am eating (something like on Sparkpeople). It has given me a points value for each day which tallies calories for me. I can put in any foods I wish and get automatic points values for anything. It is awesome. With this feature, I never feel deprived of anything I like.
Eating with more fresh foods is more work but so far I am enjoying it and I have to admit that the fresher foods are delicious! My family also likes it although sometimes I have to make a different selection for my husband. For the most part he eats what I eat.
Well, with exercise and eating better, I hope to be losing more weight soon. Good luck to everyone with your 2011 goals.
