I was supposed to have had the day off, but the little boy I have on Fridays came today. Therefore I was unable to go to the gym as planned this morning. My exercise consisted of some crunches and shoveling the driveway.
I was on a clear liquid diet today because tomorrow I am having a routine colonoscopy. I started the solution tonight, which is why I didn't go to the gym tonight.
1) Blog daily
2) Lose 5 lbs ... (halfway there I have lost 2.5 lbs)
3)Exercise daily for at least 20 min.
-- 20 mins
4) workout at least 3x's a week at gym -- didn't go today
5) Strength Training 3x's a week
6) Drink a min of 8 glasses of water ea day.
7) Follow a low-carb diet
