These are my totals for the week on my nutrition tracker.

I really blew it on the 9th. Today is not over. I still have supper and a snack to go. I also walked off 250 to 350 calories every day except the 9th. So I think I am doing pretty well. I have not weighed myself because I am afraid to right now. I have to work up the courage. I am afraid if I have not lost I may give up. So I will just keep on keepin' on until I feel like weighing myself is prudent.

    I think it's a GREAT idea not to weigh. In fact, the scales are only ONE way to measure, and for me, I find the less I stay off that 'stinker', the better! emoticon I posted a secret months ago about the Tipping Point Theory--you may find it helpful. Have you read "The Spark"--the principle is from Chris' book.

    Remind yourself regardless of what the scales say, quitting is NOT an option. You are working toward a goal. You are getting healthy and strong. The weight will follow. emoticon

    You're doing great. Don't worry about what the scale says. I have done that many times before. Now I have determined that if I gained weight, I will just try harder the next week. You can do this. emoticon

    It looks to me like you're doing a good job! Keep it up!

    Sorry I haven't been on SP a WHOLE LOT...just trying to do a littler better around the house. I did go to 75-minute yoga class and it was wonderful.
