Great Day even with frustrations

It started to snow this morning. It was so pretty. I was going to go to the gym in the afternoon, but the forecast called for getting worse as the day went by. Therefore, I went mid-morning and did a 70 min workout. I had a great time praising God listening (and at times singing softly) to praise music while exercising.
This afternoon, I worked on quilting my daughter's quilt and got very frustrated. I had to rip out the same row of stitching too many times to count. The thread kept breaking - I finally figured out what was wrong and stitched that row. By that time (it took me 90 min), I was too worked up to continue and needed a break. So, I came up and sparked for an hour.
Tonight I cross stitched. I am getting close to finishing the Pooh Growth Chart for my granddaughter and her sibling (due in one month!).
1) Blog daily
2) Lose 5 lbs ... (halfway there I have lost 2.5 lbs)
3)Exercise daily for at least 20 min.
-- 70 mins
4) workout at least 3x's a week at gym --
5) Strength Training 3x's a week
6) Drink a min of 8 glasses of water ea day.
7) Follow a low-carb diet
