Playtime = Exercise

My 2 yr old granddaughter spent the night. So, this morning was play time with her. It was so fun watching her play with her doll that we gave her at Christmas. My son said it is her favorite toy right now and goes everywhere with her. My "exercise" today was keeping up with her -- going up and down stairs, getting up from the floor. We had fun. Her mom picked her up at lunchtime.
1) Blog daily
2) Lose 5 lbs ... (halfway there I have lost 2.5 lbs)
3)Exercise daily for at least 20 min.
not formal exercise and I used it as a rest day
4) workout at least 3x's a week at gym -- didn't go today ( went 4x's this week)
5) Strength Training 3x's a week
6) Drink a min of 8 glasses of water ea day.
7) Follow a low-carb diet
