Day 28! 28 Day Bootcamp Workout

Hooray! I did it! It took me 2+ months, but I did it!
And did I say Day 5 is the most difficult? I was mistaken. I had forgotten that Day 7 is, by far, the hardest one.
Anyway, now that I'm finished, I'm planning on trying new workout videos from SparkPeople, continuing to do 30 seconds of cardio between exercises. It seems to work really well.
I'll blog occasionally, as inspiration arises, or if I decide to do another challenge!
