I was supposed to have one daycare boy today, but they called and he was sick. So, I had the day off! I decided to go to the gym this morning. (I didn't think I would be able to today because of daycare.) I had a good time exercising while listening to Dennis Jernigan and Happenin' Hymns Vol 1&2. It sure made the time go by fast and I went 1/2 mile farther on the elliptical than I did yesterday.
Afterwards, I did a few errands and went to Wal-Mart and got a new pair of exercise pants.
This afternoon, I sparked, then quilted on my daughter's quilt.
Tonight my granddaughter is here for an overnight. It was so fun watching her play. She brought her doll which I gave her at Christmas. My son said it is her favorite toy now.
1) Blog daily
2) Lose 5 lbs ... (halfway there I have lost 2.5 lbs)
3)Exercise daily for at least 20 min.
4) workout at least 3x's a week at gym
5) Strength Training 3x's a week
6) Drink a min of 8 glasses of water ea day.
7) Follow a low-carb diet
-- I wanted oatmeal for breakfast this morning, then has a coconut macaroon sample at Sprouts. But, I didn't go over my calorie count.
