I worked tonight at the gym. I got there at 8:00 and did another hour workout. I have a little routine now--10 min elliptical to warm up, then 15-25 min strength training, then back to the elliptical for @30 min. It was nice tonight because it was less crowded than it was yesterday afternoon.
1) Blog daily
2) Lose 5 lbs ... (halfway there I have lost 2.5 lbs)
3)Exercise daily for at least 20 min.
4) workout at least 3x's a week at gym
5) Strength Training 3x's a week
6) Drink a min of 8 glasses of water ea day.
7) Follow a low-carb diet
