Day 26 - 28 Day Bootcamp Workout

Day 5 of video workout completed with alternating cardio. Day 5 is the hardest for me, I think. Well, the core workout is pretty tough, too. But those leg circles kill me every time! Oh, and yesterday I went to Curves, so I didn't count that, though it certainly is a workout. Kind of like a bonus, I guess!
Anyway, I'm soon going to be ending this challenge, so I won't be blogging quite as much. It's kind of an odd feeling, though. I'm glad that I will have completed the challenge, but it's not like it's ending. I have found this to be a very good routine for me in the mornings, so I'm going to continue. I think I'll try the other workouts as circuit training.
