1st Gym Workout/January's Goals

This morning I had an equipment orientation at Balance Fitness. The lady who was the owner, was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Then this afternoon I came back and did an hour workout. I did upper body weight machines for 25 min and then the elliptical for 35 min. It was strange and I felt a little out of place, but I did enjoy it.
I enjoyed and needed the accountability I did in Nov and Dec of daily checking up on monthly goals. So these are my Jan. goals and the ones met for today Wed 1/5 checked
1) Blog daily
2) Lose 5 lbs ... (halfway there I have lost 2.5 lbs)
3)Exercise daily for at least 20 min.
4) workout at least 3x's a week at gym
5) Strength Training 3x's a week
6) Drink a min of 8 glasses of water ea day.
7) Follow a low-carb diet
