The one thing I have noticed is that my face is thinner. People have commented about my weight loss even though I have only "lost" one pound since beginning this journey. I have ordered both the Sonoma Diet Book and the Sonoma Diet Cookbook and am waiting for them to come in. I have really enjoyed the new recipes and have had a lot of support from the family. Dh still wants to overfeed me and give me junk food but I have learned that sugar is a trigger food for me and when I start I can't stop eating so I have to avoid that. I have taken lunch to work every day and was very suprised today when I was very hungry at noon, the same time I eat lunch at work. I guess it doesn't take very long to retrain the stomache to feel hungry again. I have dinner and call it a night. No nibbling on junk food at night any longer :-). I am very eager to go to a size 14 shorts after being in a 16 forever.
