17 day diet .. day 3!

Day 3 and I’m still goin strong! I’ve managed to stick to the foods accurately without dying. Last night my energy was a little better but I did drink 2 cups of coffee throughout the work day yesterday which I hadn’t tried before. I was able to stay up until a whopping 10:45pm without feeling groggy or worn out/exhausted! Yay! Getting up was much easier too. Of course I just had to step on the scale real quick to see if the 4 lbs lost was a fluke, and I was a another lb down! 135.6 That’s enough to keep going! Tonight I am attempting to make eggplant parmesan and for some reason just the thought of eggplant is a little revolting although I’ve never tried it before. My co-worker said it tastes like chicken… whaaa?

    i don't like eggplant either but just remember its worth it. your already losing weight...awsome!

    eggplant is yummy! it depends on the sauce realy, it has no taste by itself ;p it's just the consistency that puts ppl off! it can be chewy to MUSH ;p
