17 day diet day 2!

So last night ended with a bang, at a oh-so late 9:30pm. The energy was not as up there as I would have liked it to be, however it was my first day with no caffeine. I flirted with the idea of making a cup of coffee once or twice, but never got around to it. I woke up this morning feeling THIN! I put a cute little sweater dress on and instantly felt a self-confidence boost. That boost was only boosTED when I stepped on the scale. 140 on Monday, weighing in at 136.6 this morning! Nice!! Looks like that chipotle burrito and gunky food all weekend was no match for the CLEAN food I ate yesterday. Now, just to keep it up. I slept in this morning … Like I said, the energy is a little on the scrawny side – so packed a breakfast of yogurt, 1/2 grapefruit, and green tea with some munchies along the way. I plan on going to Henhouse on my lunch break and making a salad or maybe just some pieces of chicken and veggies … on the menu tonight – Taco salad made with ground turkey. Lets HOPE this tastes better then spaghetti and turkey meat… YUCK.
