17 day diet .. day 1

I bought the book 17 day diet by Dr. Mike Moreno online and started it a few days ago ... I am sharing my blog with you guys on here in the case that you may want to try it too!
I spent the ENTIRE weekend eating just about everything my little heart desired, and now it's time to get to business! I'm choosing to weigh in on Friday's - although I weighed in today as my start date.
25 years old
Goal weight: 120 lbs. - Haven't seen the scale get under 132 in a long time so even 130 would get me pretty excited!
Spent quite some time preparing my food last night, the super salad w/ tuna ... I'm not a super picky eater so I'm hoping I don't have a hard time with the foods, although I'm desperately missing my rice and bread right about now. I found myself thinking earlier... just a tiny little piece of toaast!!
Anyway, tomorrow I will do better at having things on hand to eat. I've got a slight headache/fuzzy feeling ... however I didn't have any coffee/soda today other then the 2 servings of green tea I've had and water... that's been it! I may try having a little coffee this evening and see if that helps.
