P90X Fit Test

Well we finally did it...after a lot of preparation and pep talks, we took the first step today and completed the fit test so we can begin P90X. WOW...talking about feeling out of shape! I'm not exactly happy with my results but its a start and can only get better from here :) We even took our before pictures and I've already decided that I will not be posting those until i get some after results :) lol But you never know....I still havent had the nerve to look at them. The plan is to start day one on Friday! I'm so happy my husband is going to do this with me...it makes it that much easier (and more fun) to do it together.

Now I just need to make sure I get enough
and drink enough
...those are always hard for me.
I'm going to try to keep this simple for January (baby steps) here are my main goals:
1. P90X every day
2. Drink 64oz water daily
3. Get 8 hours of sleep
4. Track all food, the bad...the good...and the ugly
5. Try to stay within a 1500-1900 calorie range since on average ill burn 600 with p90x
Can't wait to look like this again :) These pictures were not me at my smallest but I was probably 130ish which was the "high" range of normal. For my height I should be between 98-135.
