The Goals I Met Today

So now I am determined to give myself credit for the goals I meet and to hold myself accountable by blogging about it....hopefully this will help to keep me on track. Here's how I did today:
Planned my meals ahead of time
Ate healthy foods and kept it low fat, no sugar, whole grains--no junk food
Stayed within my calorie count
Journaled what I ate today
Ate 5 small(ish) meals
Drank 9 cups of water
Ate 8 fruits and vegetables
Stayed positive (despite being sick)
Blogged about it
Took some personal time for drawing :)
I plan on doing simple, reasonable and doable workouts, but right now I am fighting a nasty virus, so I'm going to have to be patient and wait on that for awhile.
