New Year, New Attitude, Page Update

Monday, January 03, 2011

Well here we are into a new year. I really bombed 2010 in a BIG way and didn't stay consistent and work for my goals...sooooo...I gained...grrrrrrr! That's what I get for giving up and getting lazy. Had to go shopping,..for BIGGER clothes...how disappointing, :( :( !

No More! New attitude for the new month and the new year. Joined the 28 Day Bootcamp Challenge and am going to throw my BIG self into it! Joined all the team challenges and will do what I can to contribute to those goals. Perfection? No. Gettin' to it? Yes! Have to restart somewhere.

Emotional Eating...I'm kicking you to the curb.

New mantras...

Seemed like a good time to update my page too. Feels like a fresh start.

Now...if it's to be, it's up to ME!

Spark On!
Deb :)

Cheer up buckaroo! 2010 is gone and lets focus on the future. I too had a terrible 2010 in the weight department, but I'm trying to shake it off and move forward.

Best wishes for a great 2011!

Isn't that the neat thing about seeing a new day. You can forget the past hiccups and start afresh. Here's to the 'kicking to the curb' that stuff that's gotta go. emoticon

    emoticon to you Deb.
