Day Three Progress Report

Hello Everyone!

I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast and a banana. Not bad...

Then lunch came and I had a salad and my whole wheat crackers and water. Excellent

Then my husband, the devil, cooked a pizza!

I can resist just about anything else but not pizza and my husband knows it...
Then he sits down in front of me and starts slurping this pizza and says, "Honey, you can have as much pizza as you want, I won't tell."

If you all lived close by we could have taken him out back and beaten him with a wet noodle but I was here and a lone and I gave in... : (

ok so I have not had any supper but I am going to have to have something very light so I don't get shaky and dizzy, but it will be veggies or fruit. I am going to go upstairs and read my book before I go to sleep.

Excellent news! I have work tomorrow so I will be earning some money...I will have to get right out of the bed eat a little bit for strength and the jump on the treadmill and then shower and then devotions and then off to work...

After work I have an appointment to tour the YMCA and fill out the paperwork for the financial aid membership...woohoo...I hope I can get in.

Yesterday, I did 1.12 miles in 30 minutes on the treadmill and today with my happy music I did 1.32 miles in 30 minutes and I even pushed myself to a jog for a full minute in the middle.

    Sorry your husband is tempting you. I agree, work it into your meal plan once in a while so you don't feel like you are depriving yourself. If I want something special with the family, I work on eating mostly fruit and veggies for most of the day. Great work on the treadmill.

    Sounds like you are doing great. Since you like pizza just put it into your meal plan. When spring comes I WILL eat friend green tomatoes. emoticon
