Day 24 - 28 Day Bootcamp Workout - JUST DO IT

So far, so good. Three days in a row of getting up and exercising/Bible reading/prayer first thing in the morning. I did the Day 3 video, with 30 second cardio intervals.

Since the fall I gained back some weight. I'm not sure if it was from having buckeyes in the house, then later Christmas cookies, or just all the baking I do for the various groups that meet at our house. It was all that, plus not drinking water like I should (see blog post from a day or two ago). I had been reading (very slowly) a book about hunger and recognizing what true hunger is, but what I was reading almost contradicted the things I had learned on SparkPeople. So I was confused.

Then I remembered that I had lost 25 pounds following the precepts taught here and I thought, "Claire, you have the tools you need. Just use them. What's the point of having tools if you don't use them? JUST DO IT!' So, I am!

God has given us everything we need to make our bodies into strong, healthy instruments for His perfect purposes. So JUST DO IT! You know what you have to do. Forget the excuses, and JUST DO IT!

    Great blog. I am also doing the bootcamp workout and also on day three. I am really excited and have lost 1.8 pounds. WooHoo..... Congrats to you too!!!

    I can almost this blog as my own. I have gained some weight and it is just do to my slacking off in some areas. We have the skills since we have lost the weight before. We will do this again!
