Hello:
Well, I am not doing terrible on day two but I am not where I want to be either. So, here is what I did and didn't do today...
Woke-up / Made Coffee ............. Check
Did Devotions, Prayed, Read my Bible ........... Check
walked for 30 minutes ............ Check
Fruit Smoothie for Brkfst ........... Check
Veggie Smoothie for Lnch......... Check (plus some stuff that was not on my nutritional plan but still not bad did not go over my calories for the day and all my fats, carbs, etc were in the correct range except for Protein which I can NEVER seem to get up to the lowest recommended range.
Supper was a salad, cheese stick, and crackers .......... Check
I did not get my Pilates in today because my house was landed upon by much company...
I did get about 5 loads of laundry done and chased and played with GrandBabies so I figure that has to be worth some exercise points...
Oh I managed to dring 4 - 8 oz cups of water today so that was better than yesterday.
I also met (online) a person from my own town on SP and I am so excited.

Hi person from my home town if you are reading this...you know who you are. I am very excited about having someone close and she has already given me some information on a Zumba class that I am so seriously going to look into...
I have always wanted to do a dance type class...
I am genuinely looking to God for answers and for hope and for help and He is already responding loud and clear...
I have tried to find someone close by for months on here and on day two of turning "stuff" over to the Lord look what he has done...
You all Stay strong out there in SP Land and I will be Sparkling tomorrow...
