Dec Review & Jan Goals (run, bike, swim, climb, crunch, push, lose!)

With all of the planning for 2011, I almost forgot to plan for just the month of January! Also, I wanted to review December. So, here goes!
For December, I only had 2 goals... run 3x/week and stay at 140 through the holidays. Well, I ran a total of 11 times which including 1 run in a hard, cold (30s) rain and a couple of other cold (low 30s) runs. So, I'm pretty happy with that. Also, I started biking again which I hadn't planned on. I did 5 bike rides!
TOTALS for DECEMBER:
bike: 23 miles
run: 36.5 miles
As far as weight, I ended right at 140! So, I'm happy with that!
For January, here are my goals:
RUN: 40 miles
BIKE: 40 miles
SWIM: swim at least once!!! (would really like to join a program of some sort for the spring)
CLIMB: work on stair climbing at least 2x/week for 15-20 mins
CRUNCHES: do the '200 crunches' plan 3x/week
PUSHUPS: do the '100 crunches' plan 3x/week
WEIGHT: make it to goal weigh - 136! (I have yet to lose 4 pounds in a month, though, so 137.5 is more reasonable)
EVENTS: Stair Climb (52 floors, 1040 steps) on January 29th - goal of 15 mins, though I really don't have a great idea of if this is reasonable for me or not!
That's it! I'm going to print these out this month so I can review them often.
