Day 22 - 28 Day Bootcamp Workout

I am finally on the 4th week of this challenge! For this final week I'm going to try to do a workout video every day, alternating exercises with 30 seconds of cardio, making it a circuit kind of workout like Curves.
Since today's video is cardio only, I did the 20 minute resistance band workout along with some alternating cardio.
Oooohhh...I just realized I haven't eaten breakfast yet! Whoops.
