OK, here they are...
This is my end of the year weight and measurements that I will use to gauge my progress as I start 2011. I wil weigh myself every day for the first month then hopefully I will be able to back off to once a week in February. I will remeasure once a month.
I am 5 feet 1 inch tall. I have a very small frame.
I weigh 180 lbs.
On a weight chart I should be
5'1" small frame 106 to 113
medium frame 115 to 129
large frame 125 to 140
I am according to my doctor's chart in the obese range.
My BMI is 34. My healthy range is 19 - 23.
My total cholesterol is 209 which is Borderline.
I am 44 years old and have a resting heart rate of 80 beats per minute. According to the Karvonen formula:
My maximum heart rate is: 176
My maximum training heart rate is: 157
My minimum training rate is: 138

I went to the grocery store today and got all my stuff for my smoothies and raw veggie snacks.
We don't get paid until Wednesday so that is when I will get my protein powder.
My goal for this year is 135 lbs which I realize is still overweight but not obese. My ultimate goal is 115. For my age and frame I think that would be fantastic anything less would be too thin for me.
Well there you have it.
Tomorrow is our last day until 2011 and I am going to rest and anxiously await 2011.
