Standing Tall - 600 DAYS

Wednesday, December 29, 2010

So my Wii Fit tells me it's been 600 days since I started the whole healthy lifestyle conversion. So it's a good point to do some reflecting on where I've been and what I've done. It's also a pleasant way to avoid that final paper I have to write for finals emoticon Seriously though I'm happy to say that I'm 7 dress sizes smaller emoticon then I was 600 days ago, and I LOVE to go shopping for myself now. It's been tons of fun accumulating new clothes, it it never gets old seeing the sizes getting smaller and smaller. In 600 days I've also taught myself to eat properly, so I'm no longer dependant on the calorie counter, provide here emoticon And more importantly I'm a whole lot healthier than I was 600 days ago. I can run, like when I was a little kid, I sleep better, I have more energy - for everything, it's so sick lol, just like one of those weight loss commercials. emoticon Only I didn't have to pay top dollar for a food system, or consults, I HAD A SPARK, it so easy, just one day at a time, whether it's just one exercise tip or recipe used, or maintaining a personalized routine with Sparks help. Every little action is what matters. Before I knew it, it's been 600 DAYS & I'm punching holes in a brand new belt cause it's about 3 inches too big. emoticon I'm a work in progress, and looking back I wish I'd of kept a better record, but I'm learning, and growing every day, and more importantly I'm enjoying every moment of it. There are down days but for the most part I have taken up permanent residence on cloud 9, I've not reached my goal yet...but then again I'm shooting for the stars cause now I have the confidence to go for it.....And on that note it's time to get to that final paper.

Have a Beautiful Day!
