Sunday, December 26, 2010

Heu guys well its been a couple of weeks since I have been on here.. Hope everyone had a great Christmas! My hubby was put in the hospital with severe dehydration and his diabetes was high, he was very very sick, we were there for 4 days.. but that was last week and this week went well.. Had great family time and awesome worship!! I am somewhat proud to say I have lost 6 pds and moved my tracker on my profile not so proud it was because I was so worried about my sweetie and could not eat! I am beginning my logging and my excercise in the A.M!! I now have a new time frame to lose as much asws I can we are going to go to Montana in March for Spring Break.. I know its only alittle over 2 months but I can lose some RIGHT??? lol I am going to need all of the support and I know I can depend on all of my new Spark Friends! I can only build on what I have already done so Im going to keep Losing!! Goodnight to everyone HAve a great and sucessful week!!

Yay!!! I'm soooo happy that you're back! And glad to hear the hubby is doing better! Stress is funny in that it either makes us gain or lose, glad you lost! I know you can keep it off and Whit's right --- March is ages away! Let's rock this and watch the weights and inches fall off !

    Whoop Whoop!

Rock the 2 mile walk today also! emoticon
