Well, my period is due on Tuesday and I always start get tired on the Friday before and it takes about a week before I start feeling energized again.
I am making sure that I am taking my vitamins that have iron in them. I am eating a bit more beef now and I am tracking my iron intake on the nutrition tracker.
I am still below what I should be eating naturally but I am doing much better than before. I am tired but not as much. I know that I have the tendancy to become anemic, so I have to watch it. Got to go now and eat lunch. Steak with a lot of greens and spinach.
