Day 20 - 28 Day Bootcamp Workout - Today I decide to exercise for all over health!

Finally! I did the Day 6 video and 30 minutes of cardio. Hooray!

It's been a long break from this bootcamp workout for me, though I have gone to Curves about three times a week, so it's not like I've been completely off exercising. But today I thought about how good I feel when I exercise, and that my ultimate goal is not so much to lose the weight, but to be stronger and healthier in body and mind.

My life has been a whirlwind lately, with doctor's appointments for my son, and activities at church and the Good News Club we lead, and family visits, plus everything else in my life. But today I remembered that exercise helps my body cope with all these stresses. I don't have time NOT to exercise, much like I don't have time NOT to pray!

The Bible tells us to be ready in and out of season. This applies to our spiritual lives, that we have spent time with the Lord and in His word so that we can know His voice when we hear it. But we also need to keep our bodies fit so that we are ready for whatever comes our way.
