My meal plan

So ive been trying to come up with a meal plan that ill enjoy eating so i came up with this and i love it. Will be following it for awhile. Well here it is.

Meal 1: Shakeology

Meal 2:
3/4 cup grits 1 cup egg whites. 2 tab Molly Mcbutter Fat free natural cheese.

Meal 3:
6 oz chicken or turkey
1 cup broccoli
1 cup brown rice.

Meal 4:
8 oz tilipia
1 cup broccoli

Meal 5:
1 scoop Muscle milk
8 oz water.

Threw out the day ill be drinking about 120oz of water. This is my favorite foods and the meals i like and enjoy cooking.
also have another version to change it out here and there.

Meal 1
Raisin Bran with lowfat milk

Meal 2
Sliced cucumbers or dill pickles

Grilled chicken salad with lowfat dressing with lowfat mozzarella Cheese.

Sugar-free Jell-O

Turkey burger or tilipia and steamed vegetables

    Sugar-free Jell-O is not a meal! Add some cottage cheese to it, and I might reconsider that comment ;)
