I just wanted to say that I am happy today, and feeling proud of myself for making some good (well, better at least) choices lately! I also have a goal to lose a pound by Friday, December 17. So, I need to hit 213 on my scale (same time daily, lack of clothes, etc) by that day! When I put my mind to it, I really don't have any problem losing a pound or five or ten. I can't say that when I am closer to my goal weight, but where I am now, when I stick to my plan, the weight falls off when I follow good nutrition and fitness.
I struggle with fitness. My current strategy is to consistently do small things. I am going to keep working on that.
