28 Day Bootcamp Workout - Days 18 and 19

Today I did Days 4 and 5 of the 28 day bootcamp workout videos, as well as the 10 minute Jumpstart cardio video.
First, the Jumpstart cardio video called for, well, a lot of jumping. I had trouble with that this morning, but I did what I could, and ran in place if the jumping was too hard.
The other videos were fine, though the leg exercises in Day 5 are still very challenging for me. But today I stretched correctly. Two days ago I did the same sort of thing, some time of cardio and two workout videos, but I only stretched with the last workout video. In doing only those stretches, I didn't stretch the muscles used in the first workout that day, so yesterday my muscles were so sore it was ridiculous! I didn't realize until I was stretching after my Curves workout that the reason I was so sore was because I didn't stretch properly. So today, when I finished, I did the stretches I learned from Curves, just to be sure!
