I have the insoles!

Wednesday, December 08, 2010

I got the insoles today but I am a little concerned! First he explained that I would wear them 2 hours today then 3 hours the next day 4 the day after and so on. He said it would take 2 months to get use to them but he said at the last visit that 2 months of wearing the insoles I would have no pain. So which is it?? I am guessing I will see soon enough but for now the 2 hours was painful, my feet do not seem to fit them right but he said there fine. Of course he also said that I will probably have hip and back pain do to the insoles and not to worry it's normal. Well, I ask you just how much more pain do I need?

I don't know Judy; maybe someone that's been through this will chime in about their experience. If you are truly having doubts, you could always at least talk to another Dr. for a second opinion. Any change takes some getting used to but the hip and back pain would certainly concern me too. Be well. Joy
