Days 15, 16 and 17 - 28 Day Bootcamp Workout

Okay. Today I did Days 1, 2 and 3 as a workout. It was pretty good. I still really like Coach Nicole's workout, especially how she points out what to look for to do the exercise correctly, like imagining a steel rod in your spine to keep it straight or remembering not to lock your knees or your neck and shoulders.
