what a wonderful day!

So this past weekend was hard. I have been trying, with work to drink 20 oz of water at 3 specific times of the day, same time every day (9:30, 11:30 and 4). I heard once if you drink your water at the same time every day and get on a schedule, your body will start using it postively instead of retaining it. That was hard this past weekend at my parents house. I don't think I met my schedule one time! Then Saturday, went to a baby shower where the "unhealthy" food was flowing! Queso and chips! Sandwiches on white bread and the worst of all-chocolate cake, huge pieces of chocolate cake!!! OH MY! Then went home after the shower to have my mom and nephew bake another chocolate cake. And instead of asking who wanted some, just served it up to my sister and I while we were watching TV.

I was really afraid to get on the scale this morning to weigh-in. I was surprised to see 246.6, thinking that is what I was the last time, the nurse said, "Oh you dropped another 2.6 pounds! Great Job, Amy!!" I was so excited. I have also lost 2 more inches in my waist, which is great to. I am so happy that the "big" little slip ups aren't causing too much array! I am so happy to be losing weight, a little at a time, so as to keep it off as long as possible!!! :)
