November Review & December Goals

I only made 2 goals for November....
Run a Half Marathon... DONE!
Lose 2 pounds to be at 138... well, I am hovering right around 140 today. So, I didn't make it, but I didn't gain any, either!
And, what are my goals for December?
1. I'm only 4.5 pounds from my GOAL WEIGHT! I'd love to lose those pounds, but I'll be happy with losing a few at the beginning of the month and NOT gaining during Christmas! I'd even be happy with still being at 140 at the end of the year.
2. Running... I have lost my two long mornings during the week, so it's going to be challenging to even get in my 3 runs a week. But, I am committed to running 3x per week! And, one of them will be a long run as I prepare for my 10K in Feb and my HM in April. (And, I'm crazily thinking about either doing a HM instead of 10K in Feb or another HM in March!)
Those are my two main goals. I really want to get back with my personal trainer, but I'm not sure how that'll work out, either. And, I was hoping to start swimming again, but I'm not sure how to work that around my new schedule either. For now, I just need to work on finding a new schedule that'll work! It might entail getting up EARLY (like 5:30) to head to the gym! It's going to be a challenge, but I will make it work!
