I forgot that when I weighed myself yesterday and found out that I gained one pound, that I still lost some in my fat % and my BMI was lower. So, even though I gained, my body is responding to all the exercise. My pants are no longer tight (Thank God) and I even have to start to use a belt. Woohoo!!
