The first 3 weeks I was losing a few tenths of a pound every day and it was great! I was down to 132.2. But that was ten days ago and now I'm at 133. I have been gaining and losing just a little and I haven't been able to get back to my low even though I haven't changed anything. I'm still entering my my nutrition info, staying in the nutrient ranges at least 6 days a week, and exercising regularly! I know 10 days is not really a long time, but I was making great progress and it ended abruptly.
I guess this is why you're not supposed to weigh every day. But I think I would be even more frustrated if I worked for a whole week and then found out I had only gained weight.
