Frustrated Already!

The first 3 weeks I was losing a few tenths of a pound every day and it was great! I was down to 132.2. But that was ten days ago and now I'm at 133. I have been gaining and losing just a little and I haven't been able to get back to my low even though I haven't changed anything. I'm still entering my my nutrition info, staying in the nutrient ranges at least 6 days a week, and exercising regularly! I know 10 days is not really a long time, but I was making great progress and it ended abruptly.

I guess this is why you're not supposed to weigh every day. But I think I would be even more frustrated if I worked for a whole week and then found out I had only gained weight.

    You're so cute Elisha :) I like how you end all of your comments with "I love you!" People probably think there's something going on! I'm just frustrated because I got SO excited when it was working so well. And I probably am gaining some muscle, but I'm not sure I'm still losing inches. My clothes are looser than at the beginning, but they're not getting looser anymore. I keep reading about people having plateaus, and I don't think that 1 week or 10 days or whatever qualifies as a plateau but I just want to keep dropping pounds!

    Muscle?? Remember that I have yet to lose ANY weight since I started, 3 weeks ago!! You could still be losing inches that's what I found out. Also, one pound is not bad. I have gained two. Just keep doing it and you will feel and look healthy! I love you!
