Well, it's been a few days since I've posted anything. I've still been eating well, but I've missed a few days of bike riding since my arthritis has been acting up. I hate it because I feel so much better when I ride...

No worries....I know that I'm doing the right thing for me in the long run.

    I know what you mean about pain getting in the way of exercise. I have minor arthritis in my neck from an old car accident but I also have Fibromyalgia. Sometimes pain can become bigger than anything else. Knowing you feel better when you ride your bike can be a great motivator to "just do it!" or maybe you can take a gentle walk. Walking is also very beneficial and you can call it "cross training". emoticon

    Either way it sounds like you are doing great. Eating well is definitely half the battle!
