This afternoon I went to the dr because my right foot has been painful for the last couple of weeks. He said he thinks it is a stress fracture. I had an xray taken late, so I will find out tomorrow the results. If not, the nerves could be inflammed. He doesn't want me putting a lot of pressure on it. I can exercise but carefully. I am going to stay focused and continue being careful.
I read a SP article "1 Step Back, 2 Steps Forward" That has happened with me alot this year. "No matter how many obstacles you run into, what matters is that you’re able to overcome each of them, one at a time." I am not going to let this get me down.
This morning I exercised for 1.5 hours doing walking with Leslie
Sansone for 5 miles.
I am blessed with our pastor and wife. They are our best friends. We have shared many times - both good and bad - together.

4) 10,000 steps a day -- and I will make sure I get that each day except Sun which will be a rest day.
-- I am currently over 13,000 steps. I am not sure what will happen now that I have to be careful with walking.

My original goal of reaching 229 by 11/20 seems unrealistic now since I have only lost 2.5 lbs this month. My new goal is 235 by 11/30.
